DHS USCIS myUSCIS

CDG helps USCIS achieve their vision of a more user-friendly digital experience for the millions of people around the world who visit the myUSCIS website. CDG built an innovative web application changing the way people navigate the immigration process to apply for benefits and to access critical services. The team follows the Agile methodology providing user-centered design, software engineering, and DevSecOps capabilities.

DHS ICE Student Exchange Visitor Information System Admissibility Indicator

CDG delivered the Admissibility Indicator (AI) application to production at the Student Exchange Visitor Program. AI was created in response to the Boston Bombing in April of 2013 to rapidly create an interface to exchange relevant data between the Student Exchange Visitor Information System and Customs Border Protection. The AI application was one of the first to embrace the Scrum framework at the agency and is built using microservices to transport data between each layer of the system. The AI web application assists border control with the decision to allow a student or exchange visitor entry into the United States.

USDA FPAC Agile Support

CDG implements the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for producers, ranchers, farmers, foresters, and other consumers. CDG supports FPAC Cloud Migration, enhancing the delivery of Geospatial Services. Our tailored Agile approach focuses on customer value, delivers results-oriented services, and functions as a service provider to users while becoming a model standard for the USDA.

State of Nebraska DHHS iServe

CDG is currently working on the State of Nebraska’s iServe cloud-based web application to implement an enhanced consumer/citizen benefits portal. This system will improve the access, outcomes, user experience, accountability, and quality of Nebraska’s Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) services through an integrated, consumer-centric model of practice across all programs, for a modernized and improved user experience.

USDA Forest Service eMNEPA

CDG supports the technological solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Forest Service’s National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance. Electronic management for NEPA (eMNEPA) is a principal initiative of the agency’s electronic government work, and our team supports the development of microservices and the web interface for the Comment and Analysis Response Application.

DHS USCIS CLAIMS 3

CDG provided services to CLAIMS 3, a USCIS Enterprise Case Management application that is used for tracking and processing the adjudication of immigration benefits and services. Our team developed a set of web components and products used to obtain background checks, examinations and adjudications. CLAIMS 3 is part of the USCIS Digital Processing initiative and provides digital-only processing of a subset of benefit types.

DHS USCIS Office of Investigations Case Management System (OICMS)

CDG replaced the existing Investigation Division Case Management System (IDCMS) with the new OICMS to comply with the Homeland Security Act by conducting investigations of criminal and non-criminal allegations of misconduct, corruption, and fraud involving any USCIS employees. Using Agile methodologies, our team configured a new solution to replace IDCMS, migrate the data, implement existing workflows, analyze, and propose improvements, and implement requirements based on policy and procedural changes.

DHS USCIS Customer Service Web Portal (CSWP)

CDG provides User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) and development support to the CSWP, a dynamic enterprise web portal that serves as the agency’s official source of immigration policy, forms, and information for both USCIS staff and the public. CSWP provides the public with an effective online experience for users of all skill levels to access USCIS information, download forms, use educational materials, and gain access to USCIS systems for scheduling interviews and applying for benefits utilizing the Drupal open-source content management. The information on DHS’ USCIS website and on the EVerify website promote awareness and understanding of immigration and citizenship topics.
